We have the apartments professionally cleaned and follow rigorous maintenance checklists to provide you with piece of mind. When you move in, you will review our move-in inspection reports to make sure no details have been overlooked and you get your own copy emailed to you. Our attentive maintenance staff frequently performs scheduled maintenance tasks throughout the year and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Campus Side Apartments, LLC provides a comfortably finished, laundry facility with several new coin-operated machines. At 41 Prospect, there is also a large secure storage area available in the spacious and dry basement. If you drive, there is plenty of off-street parking at both locations with a number of covered parking spots available at 41 Prospect Terrace.

The Cortland, NY community offers unique amenities of its own. We are near a variety of dining and shopping choices, as well as the historic Main Street district and its quaint pubs, restaurants and bistros.
